·The MIYOTA 8285 automatic movement has 42 hours of power reserve and is highly accurate. The rotor is connected to the manual winding mechanism, and it rotates every time the wrist moves, transferring energy to the mainspring. If you wear it for less than 10 hours a day, you can manually wind it to keep it powered. When using the watch for the first time, wind the crown about 20 revolutions.
Fluted bezel
Signature
The fluted bezel is a mark of distinction. Originally, the fluting of the Oyster bezel had a functional purpose: it served to screw the bezel onto the case helping to ensure the waterproofness of the watch.
It was therefore identical to the fluting on the case back, which was also screwed onto the case for waterproofness, using specific tools. Over time, the fluting became an aesthetic element, a genuine signature feature. Today the fluted bezel is a mark of distinction, in on this Day-Date 40.

100M waterproof
·With a water resistance of up to 100 meters, you can confidently handle common everyday situations such as hand washing, rain, and swimming (be sure to tighten the crown before entering the water). However, it’s not recommended to wear it while diving or taking a hot shower, as water vapor can compromise the waterproof rubber ring, which is not protected against it.

¡Increíble tabla de meteorito (imitación)! Proporciones precisas, laminación razonable. Lo único que no me gustó fue la correa President, que se siente un poco barata y tiene espacios irrazonables. Pero se puede reemplazar fácilmente.
